Terms & Conditions

We require full payment at least 14 days prior to the agreed delivery/collection date. An order is not secured until full payment has been made.

We accept cheques but these must clear before an order is confirmed. Preferred payment method is by BACS. 

 

Deliveries via Royal Mail are sent at the recipient's own risk - Kransekake UK does not take responsibility for any damage caused during transit, or for any loss or delay in delivery.

Each kransekake is made to order to the customer's specifications. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
