Who we are

We are Kransekake UK, whose principal site is at 55 Valley Road, Henely on Thames, RG91RL.

What information we keep and why

We process personal data relating to customers and potential customers of our organisation.

All data we process is in accordance with the rules as laid down in statute, including the General Data Protection Regulations (from May 2018).

We use customers' personal data in order to process orders and communicate about our services, mostly via email.

Who will see your personal data

We will not share your information with anyone. We use it solely for the purpose of communicating with customers and potential customers regarding their individual order or query.

What data will be kept

​

We keep any details you provided us including, name, address, telephone number and email address in a spreadsheet that is saved in a secure cloud storage (namely Dropbox) and also in our Gmail inbox (depending on how you made contact with us). Access is limited to the proprietor of Kransekake UK only.

This information will be kept on file for 2 years after your order was completed, or initial contact was made with us. It will then be permanently deleted.

Your data will not be accessed except in response to a query or in order to fulfil your order.

How we will contact you

​

We will need to contact customers regarding upcoming or recently completed orders, or in response to an enquiry. We will only contact you on relevant business. We will use the contact details that you provide to us as our main source of communication.

We use the following means of communicating; post, email, SMS and telephone.

Seeing the information we hold about you

You can ask to see a copy of all the information we hold about you. To do this, you can write to us, email us at kransekakeuk@gmail.com.
